Educational seminar “Fundamentals of contract law” on Wednesday, Azar 8, 1402 (Nov 29, 2023)with the participation of legal and construction experts from government departments and agencies and consultant and contractor companies for construction projects in Kurdistan province by “consulting engineer Bahab Navandish” and with the participation of the Kurdistan Province General Road and Urban Development Department Was held.
It is worth mentioning that this course is taught by Mr. Ebrahim Ismail Herisi, a member of the team that prepares the executive regulations of the Tendering Law and the author of more than 25 legal books (such as the legal description of the contract, the basics of contract law, the detailed description of the contract, description and interpretation He was responsible for the law of holding tenders, engineering rights, etc.
The said seminar was held in one session from 8 am to 2 pm in the amphitheater hall of the General Administration of Road and Urban Development. In the first part of the seminar, the lecturer explained the important points of the terms of the contract, and in the second part, he answered the questions and doubts of the participants regarding construction contracts and contracts.
